What people say about the Connection Practice

As a counselor, the Connection Practice is so effective in helping students use empathy to work through a negative situation.
"Once a student realizes that a peer's negative behavior has an emotional component, their heart softens and they are then in the right mindset to solve the problem with insight."

Kristen Saccone

The Connection Practice has given me the tools to deal with problems I face on a day-to-day basis.
"It empowered me to not absorb problems, but rather address them in the moment and let them go. I’m so thankful the Connection Practice is a part of my life.”

Gina Barnert

The most amazing part of the Connection Practice is that it's so simple.
"It's efficient, scientifically-based, and easy-to-use anywhere. It’s like a tool in your tool belt that you can use at any time.”

Belinda Sloan

If you really want to connect authentically in any moment, use the Connection Practice.
"As a parent, I used to put my needs on the back burner and let the emotions of my child wash over me. Now, even when I’m having a bad day, I know how to stay calm and collected as my child continues to grow their emotional bearings.”

Kelsey Visser
