The Connection Practice is a wellness tool that I use regularly in my own life. It has really helped me gain insight into my own feelings and deeper needs. I now can connect authentically with myself and others to resolve challenges or conflicts, gain clarity and feel more ease. I have a Masters degree and over 30 years of experience in the field of Career and Life Planning. I have helped hundreds of people connect with their authentic selves and move forward in their lives. I am also a certified Intercultural Trainer and love working with individuals from other cultures. I speak 3 foreign languages (French, German and Spanish), and have lived and worked in other countries. When I’m not coaching, I love playing pickle ball, hiking, dancing Cuban salsa, and traveling.
