Motivated by opportunities where I can continue to learn and grow while coaching and supporting others. Passionate about education equity and ending violence everywhere. Committed to creating a more caring community for my two children to thrive in. Currently working full-time as an Associate Dean at Minerva University’s, where I lead a team of Coaching & Talent Development professionals and partner with other leaders to support our thoughtful and driven students pursue meaningful lives and careers. Excited to incorporate the Connection Practice into my work, and proudly became certified in August of 2024.
