Mariel Kay is a Peer Mentor, Coach, and Trainer specializing in addiction recovery, grief and loss, illness and diagnosis, major life changes, parenting and family conflict (divorce and/or separation), boundaries and attachment, healing from trauma, personal growth and freedom, and more. Supporting people as they find their voice and access inner wisdom is one of her greatest joys in life. She lives in the Greater Philadelphia area with 4 children at home and 1 overseas for college. She works in her local preschool and donates time to nonprofit organizations that align with her passions. Lovingly calling herself an “Authenticity Coach” she utilizes Connection Practice training and experience, along with other modalities to guide her clients on the path of self reclamation and realization so they may live freely in their truth and carry the message to others through the peace and wisdom they come to find.
