My overarching mission is to nurture inner peace and harmonious relationships. I’m a retired mom of three, who enjoys playing with my grandchildren and teaching others about the Connection Practice, which I find simple and profound. I love to share this practice to help others find innate heart wisdom for guidance through life’s ups and downs, strengthen relationships, and bring peace into their daily lives. I offer one-on-one and small group coaching in person and on-line.
