Master Rasur & Chairman of the Board for RFI I spent over 28 years at Texas Instruments where I served in many different roles including:  Program manager for our DLP Embedded business unit with responsibility for 3rd party developers around the world, Business Development Manager, Strategic Technologist, New Applications Technology Manager, Digital Cinema Product Integration Device Manager, Cinema Product Marketing Manager, and research scientist just to name a few!  I retired early from Texas Instruments in part to pursue my passion for connecting with others, teaching the Connection Practice, and to serve as the Chairman of the Board for the Rasur Foundation International (the non-profit that teaches the Connection Practice).  I am now a Master Trainer for the Connection Practice, certified to teach all modules including Curriculum training and to certify other trainers.  I have a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Florida, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Arkansas State University.  I am married to Eric Sweeney and we have one son, Freedom, 21 years old.  I enjoy hiking, golfing, yoga, weight lifting, traveling, reading, volunteering and spending quality time with family and friends.
