She is a global leader in advancing the Connection Practice (CP), bringing its transformative impact to education, business, and community leadership worldwide. With three decades in holistic education, she has taught K–12 and higher education students, trained educators and leaders, and certified more than 100 Coaches, Trainers, and Children & Youth Instructors across the globe. Her work has empowered over 1,000 educators, parents, and community leaders who now integrate CP into schools, daycares, after-school programs, businesses, and community initiatives across the USA, Japan, South Korea, Costa Rica, South Africa, Germany, and Ukraine. She has been in charge of the Curriculum courses internationally, co-organized the Hiroshima Global Peace Coherence events, presented at numerous leading international conferences on education, peace, and holistic health, and contributed to publications through articles and books. As an Adjunct Faculty at the Southern Oregon University and Maharishi International University, former Program Manager at the Japan Foundation for Intercultural Exchange, and counselor in both the USA and Japan, she is dedicated to partnering with global leaders to empower the next generation and to building a more peaceful, connected, and authentic world.
