Dr. Estes, a life-long educator, has a PhD in Behavioral Psychology, a Masters degree in Psychology: Mental Health Services, and a Master’s degree in education. As a Life Coach and small group faciliator, she serves individuals who want to grow in their ability to navigate “messy” relationships through increasing socio-emotional skills in connecting with self and others. In addition, she offers consulting to schools who want to support staff in their ability to turn conflict into connection. Classes are offered online and in-person. Dr. Estes has a fifteen year history of using the Connection Practice in her personal & professional life. She has published three articles describing use of the Connection Practice in schools.
