For me, the Connection Practice provides a simple yet powerful process that I have found to be foundational to our way or relating to life. It allows us to sustain our joy in life as we navigate work, parenting, relationships, life’s challenges and celebrations. It’s a natural way of honestly connecting with ourselves, our inner knowing (without judgement) removing our reliance on external input for self-definition. It opens us up to deeper connections with others and builds personal confidence and trust.   For over 35 years I have helped people find joy and success in work, and helped businesses grow and change course to meet new avenues of possibility.  I have held my own consulting business for 15 years and deepened my skillset as a personal integrative and executive coach during this time.   I am so fortunate to have been a part of the sphere of knowledge around the Connection Practice since 2010 and to become an active coach trainer now within this beautiful community.
